Terms and Conditions for eConsultation Services By booking and participating in an eConsultation with WAHfengshui, you agree to the following terms: 1. Booking and Payment All eConsultation sessions must be booked in advance with full payment required before the session begins. 2. Service Delivery Sessions will be conducted online through a secure platform - Zoom. No video or audio recording is allowed during the session. Unauthorized recording will result in immediate termination without a refund. 3. Confidentiality All personal information shared during the session will remain confidential. We may record sessions for quality assurance with your consent, but recordings will not be shared without your approval. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellations made 7 days before the session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days will incur a 50% fee. Sessions can be rescheduled within 7 days without extra charge. Rescheduling after 7 days may incur a fee. 5. Limitation of Liability Results of the session are not guaranteed, and the service is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or psychological advice. 6. Code of Conduct Clients are expected to behave respectfully. Any disruptive behavior may lead to the termination of the session with no refund. 7. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or service interruptions due to technical issues or other uncontrollable events. 8. Amendments We may update these terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting.
