A natural crystal or gemstone is nature’s creation, and nature is rarely perfect. Natural Crystal / Gemstones are expected to have some degree of imperfection.
Crystals / Gemstones can have both external and internal flaws, often called inclusions. External flaws commonly found in precious crystals & gemstones are crack lines, scratches, blemishes or minor chips. Internal flaws are also often found, and are like the fingerprint of a gem; each gemstone has its own unique internal structure.
Due to these inclusions, no two crystal / gemstones are alike. A crystal / gemstone is as unique as a snowflake, and it is these inclusions, or flaws, which make gemstones even more intriguing and precious.
Inclusions can include mineral or crystal deposits and growths inside the stone. Some crystals / gemstones have internal cavities, often occupied by a liquid, such as water, saline, liquid carbon dioxide or natural hydrocarbon compounds.
For example, opals have an extremely high water content, and it is partly this liquid that is responsible for producing their vivid rainbow tones. Gasses can also occupy cavities inside gemstones, creating what may look like bubbling or hazing inside the crystal stone.
Layers of growth created over the years can create layered flaws within the stone, creating optical illusions where flaws are seen from one angle but not another, or creating colour changes depending on how the stone is viewed.
It is a common misconception that these inclusions are bad, especially since they can manifest as cracks, feathers, fractures, hazing or clouds, but the truth is that these inclusions are not bad. They do not make the crystal gem “faulty”.
Many crystals & gemstones are actually valued higher for their inclusions. The value of a crystal / gemstone is based on its rarity and not whether or not it has these imperfections or “flaws”.
A crystal / gemstone with impurities and inclusions may actually be considered a perfect specimen, and could be more valuable than you would expect.
Please consider this before being disappointed with your crystal or gemstone as being flawed, imperfect, bad, faulty. Each crystal / gemstone is a little miracle created by nature, and just as with ourselves, it is imperfections that help makes them what they are. If you are seeking absolute perfection, then a crystal or a gemstone jewellery or display piece is probably not for you.
For bracelet's bead size, we will categorize their bead sizing as close to what we have stated however, do expect some variant of 0.5-1% +/- as the respective crystal properties may differ.

All fengshui blessed crystals / talisman / ornaments / accessories will undergo a process of sealing of fengshui energy with Master's blessed fengshui oil upon sending out your parcel.
Should you prefer your crystals in it's original condition, do inform us in your order (not after the order) to skip fengshui blessings.
Do note that the sealing of fenghui energy can only be done at the point of wrapping and sealing your parcel for the best desired state.

We reccommend that you wear our crystal bracelets on your non-dominant hand. This is to allow the better energy flow through your body, mind and soul where there is low resistant level. If you are sensitive to the energy, you may like to wear it on your dominant hand for a few days. This will allow your body time to adjust with the crystal vibrations and switch back to your non-dominant hand when you are ready.

Do take note that with Master's Vivi has deployed the latest fengshui energy empowerment method for all her crystals therefore, bracelets can now be worn on any hand.

We highly reccommend you charge and cleanse your crystal bracelets daily if wearing, for placement, weekly. Use only rain water, mineral water, miracle selenite bowls, positivity incense, white sage incense or natural blessed cleansing leaves (white sage etc) and miracle aura oil for the maximum results in maintaining good energy.

Unfortunately, we do not provide restringing services for crystal bracelets at this time. However, we understand the importance of keeping your cherished bracelet intact, and we're here to help guide you with alternative options.
If your bracelet needs restringing, here are some alternatives:
Local Jeweler or Bead Shop: Many jewelers or local bead shops offer restringing services for crystal or gemstone bracelets. This is often a quick and convenient option.
Online Restringing Services: There are several reputable online businesses that specialize in restringing gemstone jewelry. A quick search can lead you to reliable options.
DIY Restringing Kits: If you're up for a hands-on approach, DIY restringing kits are widely available. These kits typically come with all the necessary tools and instructions to restring your bracelet at home.

All crystals sold are natural in composition; however, they may be earth-mined or lab-grown. Due to the nature of crystals, variations in color, pattern, and texture may occur.
Lab-grown crystals share the same chemical composition and energetic properties as their earth-mined counterparts. Please note that no crystal is identical, and natural imperfections may be present.
Additionally, as we churn out crystals for livestream sales at an extremely fast-paced momentum, there may be instances where information provided at the point of sale is not fully accurate. We strive to provide the best details possible, but we encourage customers to reach out if further clarification is needed.
Regardless of whether a crystal is earth-mined or lab-grown, any energy empowerment or activation performed on it will not be affected. The energy work done enhances its intended properties and remains effective regardless of its origin.

Unfortunately, we do not facilitate self-collection of online orders. Online orders are only available for delivery service.

No. Once the order is confirm and processed, we will not be able to make changes to the order. We reccommend that you decide on the item and make the order right.

We are unable to stipulate specific date/time or special instructions to our third-party postal service providers. They will deliver from Mondays to Saturdays from 10 am to 10pm. No deliveries on Sundays. (unless otherwise stated).

No normal mail. All parcels are dispatched with tracking number. Once your parcel is ready to be dispatched, you will receive a SMS notification with the tracking link. You may track your parcel delivery live status with the link provided.

If you’ve missed your parcel delivery, don’t worry—there will be an automatic rescheduling for a second delivery attempt.
We recommend the following to ensure a smooth redelivery:
Check your parcel tracking updates for the driver’s contact information if it’s available.
Ensure someone is present at your delivery address during the estimated delivery window.
Keep an eye out for calls, SMS updates, or delivery notifications.
Provide instructions (if possible) to allow the driver to leave the parcel safely (e.g., in the riser or a designated area).
⚠️ Important: If the second delivery is also missed, the parcel will be returned to our office. In this case, a $6 courier fee will be required to arrange a third delivery attempt.
We appreciate your understanding and recommend monitoring your tracking updates closely to avoid additional charges and delays.

No, we will not be able to do cancellation after you confirm your orders. We thank you for your understanding.

All our items are qc and checked before dispatching and we packed and secure our items with strict and best effort to ensure that our items are protected at all means before the delivery process.
Firstly, we apologize for the damage condition which could be due to poor handling incurred during the delivery process. All our parcels are basic insured and once your parcel has been handed to our third-party postal providers, your products/parcels are under the responsibility of our third-party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for any lost or damage parcels in post if proof of decent and sufficient standard wrapping (bubble wrapped/carton boxes) & postage tracking number is supplied.
Any claims will have to be made by you directly wih our third-party postal providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
As required by our third-party postal provider, you can proceed with submitting your claims by contacting EASYPARCEL by emailing to support@easyparcel.sg with your tracking number and providing them 4 sides of the damaged parcel packaging both internal and external and also showing that the items has been properly wrapped with bubble wrapped. Do ensure that your photos provided are as per their requirement as the claims process are stringent. Photos that are not inline with requirements will not be considered and claims may be rejected. Should you need a photo sample (eg. before sending out parcel condition) or further advise kindly contact us. In case if you need an invoice, kindly provide us with the order date to expedite this invoice to you.
For replacement, we reserve our rights to assess and make replacement of the damage item base on case to case basis. We will replace accordingly if the claim is successful by replacing the exact item(s). If the item is out of stock, we will issue online voucher (based on the damaged item value) or store credits, which can be used (partially or in full) to purcahse other available items and to offset online purchases only.
Note: Natural State crystals like Raw Formations / Slices / Clusters are in their natural state and due to their organic structure, they may have inherent fragility. It is normal for small pieces to break off during handling or transit. These items will not be covered or classified under damage during transit.
[IMPORTANT] Take note that we do not provide cash refunds in any circumstances.

You may wish to know once we have handed your parcel to our third-party postal service provider, your purchases will be under the responsibility of our third-party postal provider. We shall not be responsible for any lost / missing parcels in transit. We will provide you with the Proof of Postage and you may report it to our third-party postal service providers or contact the drivers directly to request for the status. We will make reasonable effort to assist in this process.
