The Chapelon Omniscient Energy Desktop Fan is perfect for your office or home desk. Beautiful, super lightweight, slim, and powerful. The desktop fan is standalone and the fan can be tilted up and down so you can be hands-free to set primer, dry makeup, lashes, or whatever you're using it for.
 
The fan has an adjustable 2 wind speed, which can be achieved by pressing the power button once for low speed and twice for high speed, where the wind is powerful enough to cool you down quickly. Pressing the power button a third time will turn the fan off. The fan comes with a charging cable, which you can charge by a power outlet, power bank, computer or any other device that has a USB port.
